Privacy & photo storage
Pre-launch notice: the operator’s legal name, registered address, privacy/customer contact and country have not yet been supplied. These details and a jurisdiction-specific legal review are required before accepting live orders.
Information we handle
We handle photos you provide, generated try-on images, account and sign-in information, shopping selections, product interactions when optional analytics are allowed, and order/contact/delivery details. Security and affiliate-link logs may include technical information such as referrer and browser information. Do not upload intimate images, children’s photos, or another person’s image without their permission.
Your photos: processing and storage
The notice beside the photo controls explains that uploading or capturing a photo for try-on authorises sending it to our AI processing providers through Lovable to create the image. Closing the photo pop-up does not give permission or change your choices; you can continue browsing and open the photo controls normally. Photo processing permission is separate from optional analytics and can be withdrawn in “Photo privacy choices”. Try-on does not intentionally identify you using facial recognition.
Unless you choose otherwise, your latest original photo is saved on this device and, when signed in, privately in your account for future visits. A replacement overwrites the previous account photo. You can untick “Save my photo for future visits” in “Photo privacy choices” to use it only during the current page session. Withdrawing saving removes the saved device copy and requests removal of the account copy; “Remove photo” also clears the displayed photo and results.
Device copies remain until removed, replaced or cleared by the browser. Account copies remain until replaced or deleted. Generated images are held by the page during use; AI providers may retain processing inputs, outputs or safety logs under their own terms. Session-only use does not mean providers never receive or retain data. We cannot yet specify a verified provider retention period or promise that all processing is training-free.
Why we use data
We use data to provide requested try-ons, maintain accounts, process and fulfil orders, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Optional photo saving and analytics rely on your choice. Order processing relies on contractual necessity; proportionate security processing may rely on legitimate interests, and statutory records on legal obligations. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing without affecting previous lawful processing.
Who receives it
Lovable Cloud and its infrastructure providers support hosting, private storage and accounts. Lovable and the AI model providers process photos for try-on. A fulfilling brand receives only the order items and customer/contact/delivery details needed for its own shipment—not your try-on photo. Affiliate networks such as AWIN and merchant websites handle outbound shopping links under their own policies. A live payment provider will handle payment information once configured; the current checkout is a simulation and collects no card details.
Retention, transfers and safeguards
Order, affiliate and operational records are retained for fulfilment, disputes, security and applicable tax/accounting obligations; final periods must be confirmed by the operator before launch. Access to account photos is restricted, but no system is risk-free. Providers may process data outside your country. Applicable transfer safeguards and provider arrangements must be confirmed before live launch.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, withdraw consent and complain to your local data protection authority. Removing a photo is available in the fitting room. Account deletion and other rights requests require contacting the operator; the contact details are still awaiting confirmation. Some records must be retained where the law requires it.
