Shipping, cancellations & returns

Pre-launch notice: the operator’s legal name, registered address, privacy/customer contact and country have not yet been supplied. These details and a jurisdiction-specific legal review are required before accepting live orders.

Shipped by the brands

Shipments are carried out by the brands, not by Atelier Mirror. Each brand fulfils its own products, selects its delivery service and communicates shipping updates and tracking directly where available. One combined order may arrive in several parcels on different days. Brand-specific estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed.

Delivery charges and destinations

The current simulated checkout adds £4.95 per brand once per order. This placeholder must be replaced or approved for live orders. Actual destinations, delivery estimates, charges, any free-shipping thresholds, taxes and potential import costs must be disclosed before payment. External merchant purchases use that merchant’s delivery terms. We do not yet promise worldwide delivery.

Returns go to the relevant brand

Do not send items from different brands in one return parcel unless instructed. Obtain the correct return address and instructions for each brand. The live service must provide an operator/customer support contact and identify the responsible seller for each item. These details are still awaiting confirmation. Partial returns and refunds must be handled per item; returning one brand’s items does not automatically cancel the rest of your order.

Consumer cancellation rights

Where UK or EU distance-selling rights apply, consumers generally have 14 days from receiving goods to notify the seller of cancellation, subject to legal exceptions. For qualifying multi-item deliveries the period may run from receipt of the last item; the applicable contract and local law determine this. You generally then have 14 days to return the goods. The seller may withhold a refund until the goods or evidence of return is received where permitted.

Standard outbound delivery costs must be refunded where required by law; extra premium-delivery charges need not be. Direct return postage may be the customer’s responsibility only if properly disclosed in advance and permitted by law. Exceptions can include personalised goods and certain unsealed hygiene products, but only where legally applicable and disclosed. These exceptions do not remove faulty-goods rights.

Faulty, missing or incorrect items

Keep your order reference and contact the responsible seller/brand and platform support as soon as possible. Statutory repair, replacement, rejection or refund rights depend on your location and remain unaffected. A seller’s obligations for delivery, damage and lost parcels cannot be transferred to you contrary to consumer law. Refund amounts, timing and any permissible deductions must follow applicable law; live payment refunds are not yet available in test mode.
